Our Billing Philosophy
PIlot14 Clinic operates as an out-of-network provider. We do not directly partner with insurance carriers. This allows us to prioritize personalized Ayurvedic treatments that may fall outside standard coverage models.
WE PROVIDE DETAILED CODED INVOICES (SUPERBILLS) FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
How to Submit Your Claim
Step 1: Request Your Superbill
After your session, our front desk will email you a detailed invoice containing all necessary clinical codes.
Step 2: Check Your PPO or HSA/FSA
Most PPO plans and almost all Health Savings Accounts (HSA/FSA) accept out-of-network reimbursement requests.
Step 3: Submit via Carrier Portal
Upload the Superbill to your insurance portal. Patients typically receive reimbursement in 14-30 days.
